Vanita brings over a decade of experience in architecting and optimising Microsoft technologies, with deep expertise in SharePoint and the Power Platform. She has helped both local and international organisations meet compliance, ISO standards, and business best practices by leveraging out-of-the-box features and enabling technologies. Her solutions incorporating PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI have enabled businesses to automate processes and gain actionable insights from their data.

With a Master of Business in IT, a Bachelor of Arts, and a background as a commercial pilot, Vanita offers a unique combination of technical knowledge and cross-disciplinary problem-solving skills. She excels at translating complex business needs into effective Microsoft 365 solutions, and is currently focused on helping organisations unlock more value and efficiency from their existing M365 subscriptions.

He has successfully led assignments across Australia and internationally, holding key roles in Corporate HSE, Project, and Operations Management. His work spans both private enterprise and the corporate sector, giving him a broad and practical understanding of organisational needs.

Passionate about helping others succeed, he focuses on fostering positive workplace cultures and leveraging technology to support business goals.
