QHSE Management Plans

BridgeRoads Solutions develops practical QHSE management plans for organisations that need clear, project-ready documentation for quality, health, safety and environmental risk. Each plan is built around your operational requirements, relevant standards and the way your teams need to work on site or across projects.

A QHSE management plan sets out how risks will be identified, controlled, monitored and improved. It gives your people a documented approach to compliance, while helping project leaders and executives demonstrate that the right systems and responsibilities are in place.

COMPREHENSIVE QHSE MANAGEMENT PLANS

Tailored Management
Plans

BridgeRoads Solutions creates Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management plans that are specific to your business, project, tender or compliance requirement.

Your management plan can be aligned with ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 45001 for work health and safety, occupational health and safety, ISO 14001 for environmental management and Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) WHS Accreditation Scheme requirements, where relevant where relevant.

The aim is not just to produce a compliant document, but to create a plan that supports real work, clear accountability and better risk control.

CUSTOMISED APPROACH

Plans are developed around your specific operational requirements, risk profile, project context and compliance obligations.

INTEGRATED SYSTEMS

BridgeRoads helps connect quality, health, safety and environmental requirements so your plans reduce duplication and support consistent decision-making.

COMPLIANCE SUPPORT

Management plans can be aligned with ISO standards, WHS obligations and FSC WHS Accreditation Scheme requirements to support certification, tendering, project delivery and audit readiness.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

Your plan should not sit untouched once it is written. BridgeRoads develops plans that can be reviewed, updated and improved as your business, project or risk profile changes.

TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION

Where useful, BridgeRoads can support the use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related tools to make reporting, access, document control and implementation easier to manage.

PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION

The focus is on usable documentation that helps people understand what needs to happen, who is responsible and how QHSE performance will be managed in practice.

What is ICAM?

ICAM stands for Incident Cause Analysis Method. It is a structured approach to incident investigation that looks beyond the immediate event to identify contributing factors, root causes and organisational failures.

An ICAM investigation may use tools such as timelines, 5 Whys analysis, incident trees and Ishikawa or fishbone diagrams to organise evidence and identify the factors that contributed to the incident.

Types of management plans

QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLANS

A quality management plan sets out how work will be planned, delivered, checked and improved so outputs meet agreed requirements. This can support ISO 9001 quality management expectations and help teams manage documentation, responsibilities, inspections, nonconformities and corrective actions.

WHS AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT PLANS

A WHS management plan or construction safety management plan defines how work health and safety risks will be managed. It can cover responsibilities, consultation, hazard controls, incident response, training, monitoring and reporting.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLANS

An environmental management plan documents how environmental risks, controls and obligations will be managed during work. This may include site-specific controls, monitoring, reporting and alignment with ISO 14001 environmental management requirements.

PROJECT QHSE PLANS

A project QHSE plan brings quality, health, safety and environmental requirements together for a specific project or contract. This gives teams one practical reference point for how QHSE expectations will be applied in delivery.

FSC/OFSC-ALIGNED WHS ACCREDITATION SAFETY MANAGEMENT PLANS

For organisations working in federally regulated construction environments, an FSC/OFSC-aligned WHS accreditation safety management plan can help demonstrate that safety expectations, responsibilities and controls have been properly documented and implemented.

Proof in practice

BridgeRoads has supported complex project documentation, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 documentation for Metlen Energy.

You can see how we delivered ISO 45001 and 14001 documentation for Metlen Energy here.
